Acceptance of orders

Format of this form is not obligatory - it helps you to place orders "at a distance" and execute them.

1. Full name of a company / or name and forename of a person who places an order, company's VAT identification number, account number (in case of bank transfer payment), phone number of a contact person.
    
2. Name of a text to be translated and estimated quantity of pages.
    
3. Direction of translation (for example: from Polish into English).
    
4. Type a translation certification:
   with company seal of Translation Bureau;
   with a round seal of sworn translator;
   no certification.
   
    
5. Date of execution:
   regular mode;
   urgent mode;
   express mode;
   super-express mode.
   Period of time indispensable to execute the translation depends on a quantity of pages, direction of translation, complexity of text, etc. A customer can express his/her wish as regards the date of translation execution or agree the date of its execution with Translation Department of PHU Translator s.c.
